General Questions

How do I wash and dry my tee's?
For best results, wash cold and hang dry, avoiding bleach and harsh detergents to preserve the fabric's softness and color. Turn the garment inside out before washing, and if you must use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage and wear.
What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
On The Line Co. does not accept returns on non-defective items. Exchanges may be allowed for incorrect sizes, but customers are responsible for return shipping on items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style. On the Line Co reserves the right to refuse returns based on our own discretion if the nature of the return does not meet our standards for returns.

Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective. On The Line Co. does not accept returns on items that arrive without defects.
